  1. Cancellation Policy

2.1 For Job Seekers

  • Job seekers can cancel their subscription or service requests within 24 hours of payment if they have not availed of any service (such as resume submission, job application, or consultation).
  • If a user cancels after 24 hours or has already availed of any part of the service, the cancellation request will not be entertained.

2.2 For Employers (Recruiters & Political Entities)

  • Employers or recruiters who have purchased a subscription or listing service can request cancellation within 48 hours, provided they have not accessed any job seeker profiles or posted job listings.
  • Once a recruiter has used any part of the service (such as viewing candidate profiles, downloading resumes, or posting jobs), the service becomes non-cancellable.

2.3 For Custom or Premium Services

  • Services that involve personalized support, data analysis, consulting, or premium political hiring services are non-cancellable once the work has started.
  • If a cancellation request is made before the service begins, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount.
